FRANCISCO JOSE GARCIA SAINZ ARENA

MANAGING PRINCIPAL AND CO-FUNDER, he has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City Campus. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Francisco is a founding partner of Atentik Capital and Atentik Desarrolladora. A specialist in project planning, commercial conceptualization and execution, he has collaborated as an advisor and strategist for Grupo Alcon in projects of great importance in León, Guanajuato. For more than 20 years, Francisco and his partners have managed their own development company, through which they have built and managed more than 26,000 m2 of commercial properties and more than 40,000 m2 of premium residential properties. He currently manages, together with his partners, his first private equity fund for real estate projects in Mexico and the United States, where he is in charge of investments, integration of business models, and legal, fiscal and financial planning of the developments.
