Atentik Capital, S.A.P.I. de C.V., ("Atentik Capital"), with address at Avenida Paseo del Moral, number 1115, local 14, Colonia Valle del Campestre, Zip Code 37150, in the city of León, Guanajuato, Mexico, hereby informs you that the personal data you provide to us will be processed for the following purposes:
A. Primary Purposes:
I. Facilitating the contracting of the services offered by Atentik Capital;
II. Management, control, administration and updating of personal data related to Atentik Capital's clients;
III. Management, control and administration of communications between Atentik Capital and its clients.
B. Secondary Purposes:
I. Promotion and marketing of services of Atentik Capital or other companies belonging to the same corporate group.
If you do not want Atentik Capital to process your personal data for the purposes set forth in paragraph B) above, you will have a period of 5 (five) days to express your refusal by sending an e-mail to the following address: contacto@atentik.com
In order to carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, Atentik Capital will process the following personal data: first and last names; e-mail address; telephone number; financial data; tax data; professional data; summary of the subject for which you are contacting us; summary of a message or comments that you wish to disclose to us in connection with our services.
We inform you that, up to this moment, we do not process sensitive personal data with respect to the legal relationship that you have with Atentik Capital.
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed by persons other than Atentik Capital in the following cases:
I. Holding companies, subsidiaries or affiliates of Atentik Capital, for the purpose of centralized safekeeping of information, control of registrations and cancellations, changes related to your contract, as well as for the performance of statistical functions and clients' historical records.
II. Authorities, agencies or governmental entities, in compliance with the obligations contemplated in the applicable legislation and/or in compliance with requirements made by them.
Your consent is not required to make the transfers indicated in the preceding paragraphs.
These transfers of personal data will be carried out with all appropriate security measures, in accordance with the principles contained in the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties [Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares] and its Regulations, as well as in the Privacy Notice Guidelines (hereinafter and jointly "the Legislation").
Your personal data will be treated based on the principles of Legality, Consent, Information, Quality, Finality, Loyalty, Proportionality and Responsibility in terms of the Legislation. The confidentiality of your personal data is guaranteed and they are protected by administrative, technical and physical security measures to prevent their damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or improper disclosure.
In the event of a security breach at any stage of the processing of your personal data, Atentik Capital, through the Controller, will inform you about this by e-mail sent to the e-mail address you have provided to us or, if applicable, at Atentik Capital's facilities, so that you may take the corresponding measures to protect your rights.
In case of any modification or update to this Privacy Notice, we will inform you by e-mail sent to the e-mail address you have provided to us or, if applicable, at Atentik Capital's facilities.

1. You must send and e-mail to contacto@atentik.com and request the "Revocation of Consent and Exercise of ARCO Rights" form, which you must complete and send back to us accompanied by documents proving your identity and, if applicable, the personality of your legal representative.
a. In the event that the information provided is not sufficient to locate the information requested, or is inaccurate or erroneous, within three business days we will require you to complete or clarify it; if we do not receive a response, or if the information is erroneous or unclear, it will be considered as not submitted, and the request will be considered not accepted.
b. If the request is accepted, our response period will be twenty business days from the receipt of your request, and the deadline for sending the requested information will be fifteen business days from the date on which the request was accepted.
2. The information will be delivered electronically to the e-mail address you provide in the form, free of charge. We will only be able to charge reasonable shipping costs or those derived from the issuance of copies and/or other forms, which will be informed to you in advance.
If you consider that your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated by any behavior or omission of Atentik Capital, or you assume that any of the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations or other applicable laws has been breached, you may file a complaint with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales, or INAI).
