ALEJANDRO RAFAEL GARCIA SAINZ ARENA

MANAGING PRINCIPAL AND CO-FUNDER, he has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City Campus. A founding partner of Atentik Capital and Atentik Desarrolladora, Alejandro began his career at Grupo CIFRA (currently Walmart) in the finance area, and for more than 20 years has specialized in the legal and financial area of real estate projects. He is also a shareholder of Grupo Alcon, owner of a profitable area of more than 100,000 m2 and more than 100 hectares of property in reserve. Alejandro participated in the fiscal and financial structuring of the organization and in the implementation of best corporate practices. In his family business, together with his partners, they are in charge of a developing company, which has built and currently manages commercial properties, such as strip centers and shopping malls, as well as premium level residential apartments. He currently manages, together with his partners, his first private equity fund for real estate projects in Mexico and the United States, where he is in charge of investments, integration of business models, and legal, fiscal and financial planning of the developments.
