This sub-portfolio aims to identify residential real estate developments in growth areas with healthy absorptions and the product of experienced developers with a strong track record. The sub-portfolio is comprised of 13 diversified apartments in the cities of Leon, Playa del Carmen and CDMX. The Atentik Capital team identified the purchase of this package in the developments of Be Grand Alto Polanco, Be Grand Reforma, Aeva and Corasol (Mareazul and Lorena Ochoa). The strategy also seeks that the sub-portfolio apartments can be placed in a rental pool to generate cash flows and stabilize them for sale when market conditions are optimal to achieve the target yields.
